难道出台一个专门保护校园同性恋的法不可以吗？青少年时期是人生的重要时期，这个时期造成的心理创伤会影响他的一生。同性恋是弱势群体，青少年也是弱势群体，同性恋的青少年更是弱势的弱势，难道专门出台法律保护有错吗？

It is not because 同性恋青少年 shouldn't be protected; most people say it can be in another Bill to protect 同性恋青少年; it does not have to be bounded with "anti-bully" Bill 13 since there are more things than 同性恋 covered.

I totally agree with you that this kind of org can be founded, and can be founded an many as possible. however, I want to protect ourselves. You can imagine what will happen when kids do not need parent's approval to join these org: some one founds this org and ask other kids to join, otherwise it is a kind of "bully". Notice here kids can be a grade 1 purple. Kids have no knowledge here or very limited, they just want to be nice. Then they join. Then they learn how to become a same-sex lover. The result is, Same-Sex-Lover bullies others, plus our kids are lost from their home culture.

2、在制定反欺凌法的过程中，有没有针对学生因宗教背景所遭受的欺凌情况进行调查？调查报告在哪里？

3、在制定反欺凌法前，有没有针对学生因不同民族生活价值观所遭受的欺凌情况进行调查？调查报告在哪里？

4、在制定反欺凌法前，有没有针对学生因不同出生地所遭受的欺凌情况进行调查？调查报告在哪里？

5、在制定反欺凌法前，有没有针对学生因不同的家庭状况所遭受的欺凌情况进行调查？调查报告在哪里？

自由党政府的确是有象征性的调查报告，但为何只提出同性恋歧视，而忽略其他更严重的问题？

在中国男同性恋一直是艾滋病的高危群体，这有与很多男同性恋者缺乏保护意识，不健康的生活方式 以及社会对同性恋群体的普遍歧视有关。但是这不代表整个同性恋群体都是这样。各国的经验都表明越是对同性恋歧视的社会，越是艾滋病的高发区，而且越是容易使艾滋病向异性恋群体扩散。艾滋病和其他性病的传播和不健康的生活方式以及落后的公共卫生意识有关，但是不能把艾滋病和同性恋联系起来。很多非洲国家同性恋行为都收到歧视和打压，但却是全球艾滋病的重灾区。

出国前我对同性恋也不了解，感觉应该是心理变态。但是出国后读书工作中都或多或少接触了一些同性恋者，有几个还成了朋友，时常有联系。他们/她们和我们一样有长期稳定的生活伴侣，有的还有孩子。他们都生活的很积极很健康。

就是因为有了你这种无知，再加上栽赃陷害，才有了这种联系。实际上艾滋病确实会通过不洁净的性行为传播，但是和性倾向无关。

Just recalled another case that a Chinese senior was pushed into lake while fishing and some one said "if ...., I am afraid there will be more cases". do you know what it hinted? do you know what it is considered? it was just to hint that some one if not him  will keep doing the same thing; it just tried to threaten people fishing there; and as a result it was blamed.

In your case here, you are presenting the same mode in a veiled way.
