Your requirement #1 is accepted, however, you will be paid the average GDP a lay Chinese person makes, which is the fair market price in China. The monies will be considered employment compensation to buy out your next 10 years.
Why you can't just pay me the money I currently making? that will make a fair deal, right? don't be afraid, I didn't make too much money in Canada, you can afford to buy out my next 10 years.

There were too many free riders in the 4.13 Ottawa trip for a free day of fun, so the following additional requirement is added, in order to enforce the agreement:
