7月份的数据再次显示，本地的房地产市场已经完全走出了上个冬季的阴影。

房价升高应该是暂时现象，因为：
1、平均房价超出了平均收入家庭的购买力
2、按新的移民规定受过高等教育的技术类移民再很难来加拿大，买家后备力量不足。这些急着要买的人都买完了就该大降了。
3、上次从1989年一直降到1996年，这次不可能就只降了一年。
4、失业增加

No matter what, always we have buyers to buy house, you don't want to buy, is not represnting other people not to buy,

you don't have knowledge about what is exactly meaning of  a house to involved with land, labor, materials, etc anything, any industrial sectors values.---OK!

only low interesting rate is enough, it is real objective condition

to support house price rise......


your money is saving in your Bank account is really stupid thing at this low interesting years, your deposited money interest will never catch up house price up in the years.

if you don't believe it, you can try by yourself.

我真的很想找到哪怕是一个句子你不犯错的：
第一句，没见过宾语是 illogical and unrealistic and foolish的，只见过llogical， unrealistic and foolish。
第二句，你大该不理解thereafter也不知如何使用它。 实际上没有任何地区的房价是going up and up forever，多伦多也不例外。另外time will tell us之前的逗号应该改为句号。
第三句，你大概没学过宾语从句。
第四句，stubborn是形容词，而wood和head都是名词。
第五句，你的中学英语老师应该反复强调“我认为你没有什么”的正确局式是“I don't think you have bought any house here”.
拜托你，要么不要写英语，要么先学好英语再用。

一般人最多用个“I am teaching you”，不是牛顿爱因斯坦的级别不太敢用educating。当然此人不同，她的“wood head”和“not tearing without see a coffin”堪称中式英语的经典。没有些中文打底还真不知所云。她的“low interesting years”大概是这些年不太有趣，你说有趣不有趣。之所以出生牛犊不谓虎是因为无知，你面对的狂妄之徒之所以大胆也是因为无知。
