明天早上九点393 University Ave 多伦多法庭见，好吗？我一个人面对很多律师，可能有十几个，都是政府和大律师行的律师，每小时要 800加币左右。我有点怕，需要你们陪陪我。
明天证券会的律师，警察的律师，检控官的律师，律师行的律师，法律援助的律师，监狱的律师，一大堆律师

他们可能欺负我没有律师！我需要你们保驾护航。

Please see below. The court has scheduled an attendance in Civil Practice Court on Tuesday, January 12 at 9am. Please go to the 8th floor of the courthouse at 393 University Avenue.

It will be up to you to make your request for an adjournment of the motions that are scheduled to be heard on January 19 and 20. As you have been previously advised, the adjournment request will be opposed.

Your matter has been scheduled at Civil Practice Court for Jan.12/16 at 9:00a.m. at 393 University Avenue, 8th Floor. The court dockets will be posted by the elevators on the 8th floor and will indicate which courtroom your matter is assigned to. Please ensure that you advise the Respondents of the scheduled date. A motion/application date will be set up at the 9:00 a.m. hearing. It would assist the court if you could clear some dates when all counsel will be available.

Counsel are not required to gown for Civil Practice Court. Law students are not permitted to attend. Counsel should bring their calendars with them to the courtroom.

Prior to coming into the courtroom, counsel are expected to complete theCase Information Sheet and to discuss/agree upon a timetable in the forms provided. These will be available on the website or in the courtroom.

2、瞧瞧你在51论坛说了多少大话、吹了多少牛逼、吹的是多大的牛逼？
你不是声称在打司法战争吗？你曾声称要征服世界。
原来是这玩意，关键时候掉链子？法庭上是大狗熊，法庭之外是大“英雄”？

你如果真怕的话，则还会有哪个华人会真心相信你的大能？指望你带领海外华人在异国他乡打赢司法战争岂不是太傻冒了？

你只不过是惦记华人口袋里的钱并图谋大名大利。

我认为海内外华人应该通过以唐炜臻之名在加拿大51论坛写的大量帖子明白一个道理：中共党文化太误国误民、太坑害我中华了！

以唐炜臻之名所发的帖子主要是玩中共党文化里的党把戏，我感到比较类似于中办笔杆子、中共总书记的笔杆子写的东西、玩的把戏，假大空、骗！
完全不干正经事，这种人该死，我若有大权则会杀掉一批，我非让这种人有惧怕不可，这种人严重祸害中华、严重误导中国人民！

如果将来我有权则我会杀掉数以百计的严重祸害华人的笔杆子，我坚信这种恶劣华人对华人所造成的实际为害远大于贪污几百万的贪腐犯或强奸几个女人的强奸犯或通奸者。
我们要以对华人造成的实际为害多少与大小、造成的实际损失多少与大小定罪华人犯罪分子，当然还要按法律法规办事。

明天跟银行和律师抢钱，不是抢银行，是我们的房子被银行卖了的钱，在法庭，地址  the Milton Courthouse 491 Steeles Avenue East, Milton, Ontario，也有近是个律师去，场面壮观
1. An Order for the return fee and other expense charges from the lawyers for the TD bank and additional equity from the sale of house from the Bank to the defendants, the entire equity from the proceeds of the sale of the Defendants’ house with interest.
2.    An Order that the lawyers and the Bank are not entitled to claw-back by charging legal fees and other charges on the defendants’ equity.
3. And Order that the Bank and the lawyers should not deposit the money into court but that entire equity should be returned to the defendants who will use it to organize their affairs as they see fit.
4. And order to freeze all the proceeds of the sale of our property in other trust account other than Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP because of conflicting interest and held TD Bank and the  lawyers liable for all irreparable damage and harm the public
5. And order a trial if necessary
