我知道美国国务院在youtube上有个频道，每天的例行记者会视频都传到那上面，就是太长了，没时间听完找出那一两句话。

国务院发言人的原话是这样的： “As I said -- and this is really a domestic issue -- but briefly, when we have problems and issues in this country, we deal with them openly and honestly. “I don’t have any further comment on a process that is a purely domestic one and does not involve the State Deparment."
这句话是强调国务院相当于外交部，不合适就国内司法事物发表评论。 但是没有拒绝外国评论美国国内事物的意思。

did you see how bare-hand and open-arm los angelas reporter waters was arrested?

这位发言人不是也在例举了埃及等国以后讲了大体意思是美国国情不同的话了吗？
她就该问题的回答不正是在"就国内司法事物发表评论"吗？

......国务院相当于外交部，不合适就国内司法事物发表评论......
