虾米的播放器 uses a flash file.
What you need to do is very simple:
From "转贴" at Xiami you can copy the url of the flash,

then click “视频”button under 高级模式 here and paste the url,
enter 400 for width and 40 for height. This is the better way;

or click Flash button under 高级模式 here and paste the url,
or type (flash) the flash url you copied (/flash), (change ( and ) to [ and ] respectively).
The problem here is that there is no way to control the width and height, so a lot of spaces are wasted.
