I think many people who currently do not have a religion are open to accept your religion if you can prove your religion and your God are true. However, you can't convince people that your God is a true God just because he is a Chinese God, or an Asian God. We choose God based on how likely he is true and how plausible his messages are, not based on the colour of his skin.
As for the Noah story, it's possible that one of his descendants could come to Asia and became the ancestor of Chinese people. The appearance of these people may have changed over thousands of years.

基因总是在变化的，子女在相貌，性格，。。。。。种种方面并不一定等同于父母，就是变化。
在亿万年的长时间，发生过什麽变化就更不是人类目前的科学知识能够全部解释的了。即便人不是猴子变来的，为啥就能断定是上帝造的？

There is really no scientific way to prove either evolution or creation. Christians believe God created man because the Bible says so. But for non-Christians, this is not a proof at all.
Admittedly, many people become religious to deal with the thoughts of death, unknown and sufferings that are bothering us every day. The missing Malaysian flight is on the headlines for so long because everybody fears of unknown and death, and wants to find out why so they can regain the sense of control. Your natural law and all the sciences can't comfort people on these things. Without a religion,  it doesn't matter how much money we make and how hard we work, we all soon end up in the same destiny-death, and after death, there is nothing. And you don't know when it's the end for you, it maybe tomorrow when you embark on an airplane or a train. And you can't pray to anything because you don't believe in any God. The very thought of that is depressing for many people.

There is really no scientific way to prove either evolution or creation. Christians believe God created man because the Bible says so. But for non-Christians, this is not a proof at all.

That's called adaptation, not evolution. People's appearance adapt to the environment they are in. They never evolve into different species.

But just because people have a need to believe in God, that does not prove that God actually doesn't exist. I guess that's something we can only find out for sure after we die ( if there is anything after death), or when Jesus returns like the Bible says.

We see monkeys, we see human beings, but we never see any animals that are in the process of evolving from monkey to human being. Our lifespan is just a point of time in history, it's true, but in that point of time, we should be able to see the great evolution process at work, meaning there should be many animals and humans that are in the middle of evolving from a less advanced specie to an advanced specie, half man/half money, half dog/half wolf, half this/half that, how come we never see any of those? Every specie just follows its own kind like the Bible says.
Don't use dog to prove your theory, there are many kinds of dog, but they all belong to one specie -- dog. There is to evolution involved here.

There is a big difference here, evolution is not religion, it's considered science. For religion, people are OK to believe things they never see or things that can't be proven, that's why it's called faith. But science must be soundly proven true or false.
