Give me an example, which country learned from China and became successful economically? None. Why? Because you have to become China in order to duplicate China's success. No country has 1.3 extremely hard working and smart people, no country allows you to pollute the environment freely in order to make more money, no country can force banks to pump unlimited amount of money to the economy, no country has half billion people from countryside who come to build its cities for $2 an hour wage, no country is willing to give up democracy in exchange for short term efficiency, no country let you use pirated software and intellectual properties for free. So what exactly you want Canada to learn? But wait to see if China's 'success' can last forever, once its young labor force become old, its environmental capacity and banking system reach the maximum they can take, things could turn around faster than you can imagine.
