I hope every one learn things from my miserable experience.( it is hard to tell) My suggestions are:

To protect youself, do not go KEELE STREET COLLISION. ( 126 lepage court/ finch and keele east)
find a CAA proved garage on CAA website
Always have your receipt on your hands.
Do not sign anything that you don't understand, it is about your money!
DO not leave any blank on the paper that you sign. Your must cross out those blanks.
Before you go any collision garage, do the research first.
The price is not always the first important, you need care the quality.
You might get your car to your own parking space when you have on idea how to get your car done well.
Have your phone book with you always in case you need it.

Any one can be good or bad, you don't  judge them by the ethnic or other things.
