Continue to act like that and no one is gonna take you seriously anymore. In case you didn't know (or didn't want to know) there are many houses being sold below the listing price as we speak, even in high demand areas. Take C15 for instance ~33 of the ~38 low rise properties sold over the last month were under the listing price. Here are a couple of them:

C2496132 49 Garnier Crt. 2 story detached house SW of Steeles & Bayview; Ask 949k sold 830k
C2501650 32 Bayberry Cres. Bungalow NE of Sheppard & Bayview; Ask 1.13M sold 1.04M

I even recall coming across a few near Yonge & Eglinton area but can't remember them off the top of my head.

I guess what I'm trying to say is if you anticipate a bullish market then show us the the reasoning behind it instead of  putting up meaningless individual cases and over-generalize from them.

Then you should post these listings to show the crash theory.  The location, the condition of the house, the lot size, the property tax, not just a few words of yours about some properties sold 100K below the asking price.  Without knowing the details who knows if the seller inflated the price.
Why not capture a screen shot or a link, is not really hard work right?

lol I'm not even supporting a so called "crash theory". Too bad you're as simplistic as that. And frankly I don't owe you anything to spoon-feed you those info. at the cost of my own time. I have already given you the MLS number so go look it up yourself. In fact, it doesn't even matter whether those few properties were overpriced or not because 31/35 properties in C15 changed hand below asking price since mid November. Don't tell me all their sellers inflated their price. The reason I singled a few out above is just to show how misguided it is to think "oh the market going up/down because the house right across the street sold for more/less the asking price". Also, the data are all there in MLS database, widely available to more than 35000 JJs and alike in Toronto. They're not just "a few words of mine".

那么加拿大民间债务马上爆破,
房价插水下跌,
但是加拿大不会出现这样的傻政府。

I don't know what W2472555 is, can you be a little more specific? Words without proof is meaningless.  Can you provide us the location and the property tax on W2472555? A link or a screen shot not just your words.
   

If you google MSL W2472555, all the links are broken?
