He should know that's 50-50 share.
and he also mentioned he would take care his closers( parents,
brother, etc)
why not make something like group play:
such as parents put 5 dollars and he put 5 dollars, brother put
1 dollar. (that 5 select and encore winning ticket).
the prize then shared with parents and brother before shared with that lady.
Now it is his big problem.
