it took me many days to reserch the convinent stores or restaurants, to running a resaurants, chinese has the advantage, because the customers have the blief, most important thing is that either you prepare to work very hard(hard to death) or have a lot of money to invest or have both of them. For some other stores , do not be afraid to cut the asking price , halfly or 2 3th , our chinese are too shy and are too eagerly to find a business to running, because i t is not easy for us to find a satisfactory job, it does not mean that we have to pay a lot of money to buy a store which is not deserve the asking price at all. When they transfer a store to you, the asking price only include the equipments and the customers, you have to pay the rent and stocks extra. so after the equipment, how much left is  the market, remember, cut the asking price bravely. as a conclusion, make the offer be the same amount like you can get it back during one year running.
