Once I had a package but did not get it after a week.  I called the delivery company and the girl told me I needed to pick it up.  The girl told me that the company already tried few times to delivery it.  When I picked up the package, there were four stickers on it.  According to the dates, the first one said "no such address" (my building exsists more than 25 years and I always get my mails and packages).  The second one said "no such person".  The third one said "called and no answer" (My phone had recording but I never got the message).  The fourth one said I would pick it up.  My name, adddress and phone number were right and printed very clear on the package bill.  I did not know why it could not delivery it.

相同的事情发生在我身上。从futureshop订的电脑，寄到大楼里不同的住户家，他签字把电脑留下。我正和futureshop索赔。 现在问题是邮递员不记得他送到哪一家了，他只提供了一个签字，完全不是我签字。我还专门跑到警察局登记领了个report number。 canada post现在在追查到底是谁领了。

Futureshop说要调查结束后才能决定给我赔偿。
