不要动不动就代表海外华人，你无权代表也代表不了，无论你多么伟大或是多么渺小，都只能代表你自己，你的行为只是你个人的行为，你赢官司或是输官司，将来你坐牢或是你享受你到手的成果，都是你个人的事，跟别的与案件无关的华人没什么关系，更扯不上全体海外华人。
做人有信心是值得提倡的，做人不知天高地厚就是无耻。活了五十几年，有信心和不知天高地厚的界限你应该能分得清楚了。

I had no idea about Mr. Tang when he was in the peak of his career,  although some of my friends recommend me going to him for financial advice.  I just rahter put my money in some lower benefit investments that with lower risk.

I always understood that Mr. Tang is a financial expert who is not very honest when the news came out that he might relate to investment fraud.  I was not surprise at all.  What I told my friends were:  Hi guys, don't expect those financialist to be a honest man, think about how honest would those banker in Wall Street be, right???What you should do is use common sense, looking through the contract and thinking about it carefully.   Seeking money at all cost is those people's nature.  Fortunatelly, we have the government's regulation.  If they break the law they will be punished.  But, don't attack a person just because you lost money.   At that time, what I understood was he is a dishonest or maybe not very qualified financial expert.  

But I was wrong, after watching all he did and said since this issue arised.    He is truly a sick man without basic conscience, the cheapest person I would ever seen.   I also strongly recommend that he should have a psychological assessment if it is posssible.  I feel he has one kind of personality disorder call Histrionic- extremely attention-seeking, flamboyant, extrovert, will do whatever he or she could to make people's eye on him or her.  Maybe he needs medical expert's help.

I was surprised when I found out Mr. Tang had to tell people that his property had been frozen by OSC and he can't afford a lawyer through interpreter. Can't he say these basic stuff by himself in English.  Hadn't he told people he had very impressive crendential in Canada.  What a Joke!!!

Luckly,  I haven't seen any related report regarding this issue exclude Chinese Media.  More luckly, my western college won't put me together with Mr. Tang or believe Mr. Tang would represent CHINESE CANADIAN's interest. Otherwise I don't know if I have courage go back to work.

Monkey dance because people are watching.   Monkey will be more and more excited if more and more people watching and reacting.   Monkey will go back to corner be quite if no one look at him.   This is my first time and last time response to this issue because I don't want to help monkey dance.   I participate just because I can't control myself and have to say something.

我不明白：唐个自称自己的案件是“冤假错案“，那么被关进监狱XXX天的事实过后，为什么默认？？？为什么不反诉警察局鸣不平？诉求警察局赔偿？

本来不想理你，但你实在是得寸进尺，我发表我的看法，我又不认识你，碍你什麽事了，点到你的死穴了吧。
在此声明两点：

我出来评论此事纯属管闲事。
   
    老唐到今天，完全不是什么“敢做敢当”的问题。 纵观从他“事发”到今天他和夫人的种种表现，完全是在依靠颠倒黑白，信口开河，幸灾乐祸，挑拨离间的伎俩在与司法和投资人周旋。到今天为止，他并没有做出任何实质性的对投资人负责任的举动，连言语安慰、道歉也没有。所以说他“做”了，但是他没有“当”。

    老唐如果把自己看作是一个“专业投资人”，至少是一个负责任，有道义的商人，就不该如此胡言乱语。例如“为华人争光”、 “谱写海外华人历史”等令人讨厌、甚至作呕的句子。任何一个族裔都有优秀的人才和不耻之徒，但这都不是来断定一个族裔优与劣的标准。海外华人圈子里有许多优秀成功的生意人，但是也出了不少骗子。其他族裔也同样发生着我们华人圈里所发生的一切。

    老唐无论如何狡辩，你是一个失败的生意人。即使你能最终脱罪，你在投资领域已经信誉扫地，几乎没有东山再起的机会。从“烧烤募捐”到“竞选市长”，你无非是怕自己从媒体视线逐渐淡出，因为你已经不再有新闻价值。失去了大家的眼球和关注，你将变得一文不值。现在要开庭，你又有机会回到公众视野，从你的帖子可以看出你是何等开心。其实，所有的人都是在看你的笑话，看你不知天高地厚和厚颜无耻的表演，当个茶余饭后的笑柄而已。

    大家要知道，在加拿大金融诈骗的罪名即便成立，惩罚也是非常之轻。 这个罪名在中国最高处罚是死刑。但是在加拿大，即便老唐被3审定罪，他最多在监狱里呆上1年半载即可假释外出。这个问题请以Peter为代表的“苦主”留意，要有所心理准备，无法满足大家内心要惩处犯罪的想法。

    我觉得“苦主”们都是说得太多，做的太少。而且有相当部分苦主依然“期盼"和”梦想“能够返本。 否则怎么会只有11人出庭作证？ 顺便说那位律师， 律师属于自雇生意人，与地产经纪一样要自己找案源的。不给钱也干， 大家都要找饭吃。没有老唐，反正我是没有听说过此律师。

    这个老唐从任何角度看，都的确不是很正常的思维。

    衷心希望无论老唐也好，”苦主“也好，大家早日忘记过去，开始新生活。

唐炜臻(左)及他有关违反安省证券法的代表律师王海云。

    自称「华人巴菲特」涉嫌以庞氏骗局手法欺骗投资者而被控的华人投资顾问唐炜臻，昨日在旧市
政厅法庭开始接受初审。由于唐伟臻仍没有代表律师，暂时由他本人自辩。

    唐炜臻向法庭表示，案件非常复杂，没有律师很难辩护，也不熟悉法庭程序。他又表示，他已尽最大努力，曾3次申请法律援助皆被拒绝。他希望尽快了结案件，可以继续他的生意。

    检控官格切尔(Robert Gattrell)反驳说，唐伟臻早在6个月前已经知道要开庭。

    法官聂文(Justice Libman)认为，法庭不会因为唐伟臻没有代表律师而损害他在初审阶段的权益。证人在初审的证供并不影响正式审讯。由于不能够确定高等法院是否会受理唐伟臻的申请，因此没有必要再延期。

料需时8周

    律师王海云代表唐炜臻向法庭申请传媒禁制令，因而受到控方质疑唐伟臻没有代表律师的说词。王海云解释说，她只是唐伟臻涉嫌违反「安省证券法」部分的代表律师，而并非代表他就刑事控罪作辩护，昨日出席开庭只是义务协助。

    法官聂文说，初审程序受刑事法保障，传媒不能够报道任何呈堂的证供或证据。他发出两项禁制令，首项是传媒禁制令；第二项是规定证人除出庭外，不可以在庭内旁听。只有负责调查这宗案件，有可能需要出庭作证的一名多伦多女警获豁免。

    由于唐炜臻不认识法庭程序。法官特别向他讲解每日由上午10时开庭至下午休庭的时间表，以及每周只是在星期一、二、三、五聆讯4天。预计初审需时8个星期。

    控方提出5个纸箱的资料以及安排超过10名证人出庭。暂时未知唐炜臻是否会向法庭提出传召证人。

    王海云说，唐炜臻将根据《加国权利和自由宪章》，争取有资格由法律代表协助辩护。在这个星期向高等法院提出「罗博咸申请」(Rowbotham Application)。估计高等法院会在下星期开庭聆讯。

    昨日原安排了首名控方证人在检控官的开案陈词(Opening Statement)之后作证。不过，王海云律师就向法官提出抗议，指开案陈词太多结论性的内容。因此，法庭提早休会，押后至今日上午才再由检控官发表陈词。

    唐炜臻被控涉嫌诈骗及涉嫌违反「安省证券法」。接司法惯例，将首先审理涉及刑事法的部分，然后才举行证监会的聆讯。

申请禁止媒体报道，连证人也不能旁听别的证人作证，你却又在这里鼓动大家去旁听，唐伟真的脑子不是浸水了就是浸大便了。说没钱请律师，又有个律师“义务”代理上庭辩护，你他妈的唐大厦比自己厦比就算了，你把法官，检察官，和广大人民都当厦比么？你洗干净菊花准备被爆菊吧。

1.        我本意想提醒投资者看紧自己的腰包，不能轻信别人的话，不能“贪”资当头，没有任何攻击性。谁知道你心怀鬼胎，敏感至极，使得你*急跳墙，连连草泥马，逼得我不得不草泥马。
2.        从那次渥太华游行，我才知道有唐**这个人，倒是你似乎和那个唐狼狈为奸过，只是你让人家给涮了而已。

说句公道话：告他的那些投资客户是不是有点儿落井下石，当时还不是你们自己认为有高回报才投资的，是你们自己把钱从蔸里掏出来的，亏了你们又告人家，那当时赚的时候你们是怎样偷着乐的。投资本来就是有风险的，高回报高风险。
