难怪有些人整人总要先把对手骂成坏人，把自己美化成好人，然后就可以用任何“正义”的手段去把对手赶尽杀绝。

如果我们每个人都可以凭着自己主观意识去判断其他人其他事是否合理的话，那我们也就不需要法律了。

加拿大的法律肯定有不完善的地方。但已经成为法律了，就肯定符合大多数人的利益。如果你对法律已经认可的东西感到不舒服的话，那你一定属于少数的那部分人。

是呀，如果允許大家吵架，加拿大的民主社會最理想，如果不允許大家吵架，北朝鮮的獨裁社會最理想。但是人類只要有個腦袋，就要吵架，大家都不會滿意，這樣在允許吵架和不允許吵架之間各個國家的情況不一樣，這一點加拿大是現存人類制度下的一個完美的典範，但是這個典範有很多需要吵架的地方。

好人不一定从来是好人。坏人也不一定无可挽救，非杀不可。抚养一个人长大成人，社会要付出很大的成本，怎么能轻易杀了？

不杀不足以平民愤，这是中国人的想法。中国也在考虑如何减少死刑，慎杀。

總體來講民主是一個坏的制度，但比較其他制度來看不那麽坏而已。
人類文明有上千年的民主歷史，比如古希臘和羅馬就把民主的弊病演繹得淋漓盡致，民主也在風雨飄搖中挺到現在。
幾千年來，人類走過多少風雨，什麽明君，精英，共產主義，政教合一等等，每一種制度的粉絲都很多，都以救世主的身份出現，但都在很短的時間内對很大的一部分人造成災難。
人類早就想抛棄民主了，但是苦于沒能找到更好的制度而已，沒辦法，大家能忍就忍一點。

以赖为例，他犯的案是在大陆，加无法调查，加就只能认为他在这方面无罪。但他违反了移民法，所以要遣返，而遣返又得走一个法律过程，偏偏他找到的又是一个著名的律师，所以这个过程很长。

这与加对中国的关系无关，因为这里的司法是独立的。

总之，加是个讲道理的地方，对好人讲，对坏人也讲。我们为什么怕讲道理呢？为什么喜欢尽快地将人处于罪犯的境地呢？因为我们缺少应有的同情心和宽容心。而这正是我们来到这里要补的课。

当然文中提到如何提高办事效率的问题，本人深表同意。

虽然我痛恨中国的一党专政，但对加拿大式所谓的民主和自由也不以为然。

很多人滥用民主和自由，但忽视道德。

同*恋，大行其道，这是自由？贪污犯和恐怖分子的天堂，这是民主？中国改革开放多年，相比于日本英美德国和其它欧洲国家，加拿大和中国的经济来往有多落寞？这难道是所谓的西方发达国家之一的领导人应有的表现吗？

不要神圣化法律，不要以为法律就是完美，符合大部分人利益的不见得就是法律支持的，法律支持的也不见得是符合大部分利益的。所谓法律也不过是一帮议员鼓捣出来的一些文件，里面难免没有问题。 宪法都可能需要更新，何况一般法律。任何事物都需要完善更新， 一个能够不断完善的系统才是可靠的系统。
