However, Scarborough does not exist; it is part of the City of Toronto.

Before the 6 cities merged, Scarborough means east of Victoria Park, south of Steeles, west of Port Union and of course north of the lake.

Malvern is part of Scarborough.  Chinese tends to live in E5 and E7 districts (Agincourt), which is only a small part of Scarborough. It is not wrong to quote what happens in Malvern as what happens in Scarborough.

The most terrible neighbourhood in Scarborough is in the south along Kingston Road, which is better than a few neighbourhoods such as Regent Park in Toronto, Jane-Finch in North York and Northern Etobicoke.

As a new immigrant, we don't like others bad mouthing our community (Scarborough or precisely Agincourt), but first of all we should learn more about Canada.
