CFA is not the hardest to obtain comparing with CA or FSA/FCAS. CFA is the easiest to get amongst these three credentials. Whenever I say CA, I refer to the old CA but not the current CPA.

In CBC's interview, they used FCSI ("Fellow" of CSI) as a title.You are correct that CFA is the hardest to get in term of of the designation, you are also correct that is is not so difficult to be a "finnancial advisor".
I am not so sure, however, how hard to get a FCSI. Do you know?
