The Fellow of CSI (FCSI?) is the pinnacle financial services credential and the highest honour in Canadian financial services. It is reserved for an exclusive group of financial professionals who demonstrate unparalleled
leadership, integrity, commitment and dedication to their clients and industry.
Who said "院士", CBC or some guy here in 51?
In CBC's interview, they used FCSI ("Fellow" of CSI) as a title. You are correct that CFA is the hardest to get in term of of the designation, you are also correct that is is not so difficult to be a "finnancial advisor".
I am not so sure, however, how hard to get a FCSI. Do you know?

CFA is not the hardest to obtain comparing with CA or FSA/FCAS. CFA is the easiest to get amongst these three credentials. Whenever I say CA, I refer to the old CA but not the current CPA.
