I think you can try this way:
1. remove the old driver for your webcam from your system.
2. restart the machine, then try to use the driver to install the webcam when the sytem prompts that it finds the new device

In my point of view, the misssing file problem is not a serious issue.

I think the driver I sent might not be the right one. And this is the one you have now. (http://ventas.compras-center.com ... m=2640218&p=MLC)
Let me try to try to find the drvier.
