去年年初,我刚在SBT(Social Benefits Tribunal)开始上班不久,就结识了他们老两口。
Oh. Boy. Don't you know that you have to keep your clients' information confidential? You have breached your work ethics by disclosing your clients' information without the consent by your clients and by the Social Benefits Tribunal.
If you are terminated or sued, don't come to 51 to complain about Canada.
You are a bad example how Chinese Canadians do not respect the Canadian laws and regulations.
但是local office的办公人员不是休假不在,就是提出要求让我得到老两口正式授权,再传真授权书,等等等等,然后才可以代表他们进一步讨论案子具体细节。
Of course, before you are authorized by written consent, no government will talk to you.
This is confidentiality. I hope this is not a new concept to you.
这原本是不成功不收费的官司,结果花了一万多元的律师费,却还在起点踏步?
Please correct me if I am wrong. Unlike USA, I understand in Canada lawyers are not supposed to 不成功不收费. There was a huge debate a few years ago whether Canada should follow the footsteps of USA, but the debate was not conclusive.
If there is any new change, I would like to learn the change. |
