纽约和多市不同。美国是超级强国，大国，人文，经济，科技，商业都是第一流的，美国也只有一个纽约，第一大城市，国际著名的城市，是人都知道它。也是真正的国际大都市，要在美国办事的好人坏人多的不计其数，纽约的文化，活动，国际组织也不是多伦多可比的。全世界最有钱的个人，集体，组织，企业等都想在纽约有个窝点，连我这小民没事也去纽约玩玩。谁理你多伦多阿？

房价小涨最好, 房主不亏本, 政府还不加息增加负担. 反正早几年涨晚几年涨, 10年20年后房价都能涨上去, 省几年利息是真的.

Yes, you are right. For this year ROI on equity mutual fund is much better than GTA housing market, because QE policy impacts stock market much more than housing's. For investor, we only seek the higher ROI.

For the housing, it may be keep upward. But I am not the person who want to and can sell at the highest point. If I got 100%, don't mind if there is another 20 or 30% more profit. I am not 贪心。 Stock market is the same rule to play.
