Compared to the same period one year ago, the median home sales price increased 9.8%, or $100,000, and the number of home sales increased 27.7%. There are currently 9,980 resale and new homes in New York on Trulia, including 298 open houses, as well as 354 homes in the pre-foreclosure, auction, or bank-owned stages of the foreclosure process. The average listing price for homes for sale in New York NY was $2,429,651 for the week ending May 08, which represents an increase of 0.8%, or $19,449, compared to the prior week. Popular neighborhoods in New York include Upper East Side and Upper West Side, with average listing prices of $3,138,601 and $2,132,965.

都在700平方公里左右，
小纽约800万人口，
小多伦多260万人口。

我不会等，刚卖出一房，现在有点担心手上的楼花，不过问题不大，也不认为多伦多房市会崩溃。只是看不惯网上的忽悠罢了, this is the point.

我只是用个纽约房价的一个链接来说明纽约房价低于多伦多，来说明老汉的错误，可能老汉也被误导了。看不出有什么地方刺激到你会有上面的联想。

You can compare GTA prices with NY, HK, Beijing all you want, and what's the point? I don't see a crash, so 继续等巴 ...

Yes, you are right. For this year ROI on equity mutual fund is much better than GTA housing market, because QE policy impacts stock market much more than housing's. For investor, we only seek the higher ROI.

For the housing, it may be keep upward. But I am not the person who want to and can sell at the highest point. If I got 100%, don't mind if there is another 20 or 30% more profit. I am not 贪心。 Stock market is the same rule to play.

2 different locations 2 different economies. If you were being benefited by the printing money policy then good for you.
