If we compare Nazi Germany and Japan, two of the aggressor in the second World War, Germany compensated generously to the victims of the war. Japan did not compensate the victims of the war; Japan is disputing the number of deaths at Nanking, and denying all compensation for the comfort ladies in Asia.
