紧急请教：我家园中雪压断枝掉在邻居家的园里，谁应该负责处理？感谢各位帮助！我不知道有没有相关的法令。
依我的看法：你家的树枝长到邻家的后院上空，那么你家的树枝就侵犯了人家的领空，如果是邻居要你去清理，你就该去清理；如果人家没有要你去清理，你就不能擅自进入人家的后院。
如果是我的话，我就会去和邻居说：很抱歉，我家的树枝给你添麻烦了，如果你需要我帮忙清理，请尽管说，我一定帮你。 紧急请教：我家园中雪压断枝掉在邻居家的园里，谁应该负责处理？感谢各位帮助！

这事闹的。。 你的物业里的你清理,他们物业里的他们清.保险赔偿也是一样,自己的保险赔自己,他们的保险赔他们.没多大的损失就别报,垫底费有高有低.出于搞好邻居关系也可以帮他们清,但需经过他们的许可才可入其领地. 我家后院倒在邻居院子里树枝都是我们清理的。我觉得最好的解决办法就是找几个人跟邻居打个招呼给人家清理了。
