My agent's boy freind sales the same idea of yours to me when I purchase/sale my house recently (both of them do not come from mainland).

1. He only invests condo.
2. He and my agent already own 7 condoes now (as he told me).
3. He buy condo in the way of 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, not like yours: 1, 2, 3, ... His idea seems better than yours.

I do not believe I can do the same thing like you do: I am not an agent, I do not have time to looking for new houses, I do not have time to take care of so much houses, I do not have enough 心理承受力 for lost like yours, I do not imagine I will be a millionair, I can invest in mutual funds or stock and get same or more return than yours (but easier, flexible, etc.).

I think your idea is yours, not worth to be public. Most people can not follow your idea.

How do you get loan?

Isn't it day dreaming! Because the bank can't give you that much morgage loan. See that you buy 20 codos, you need borrow 20*200,000=4,000,000 from bank. 4 million, Ha, Ha, who lend to you?  Can you tell me? I also want that much loan to do sth.!!!

I had the same experience from an agent as yours:

How will you get morgage?

Who lend you morgage?   see buy 20 condos, you need morgage 20*$200,000=$4,000,000. 4 million! Why bank lend you that much?

是呀,在25年得有125万加币的投资且没有一份回报。25年有125的闲置钱还不如借我点,5年后我赚到100%钱的话给他30%回报。呵呵。

我得朋友年薪8万,3口之家,买第二套房子,贷款就很勉强了,你有多少收入,不是逗我们开心吧,“疯狂梦想”,有点儿意思
