As Prime Minister, Andrew Scheer will:

1.       Fix the mortgage stress test to ensure that first-time homebuyers aren’t unnecessarily prevented from accessing mortgages and work to remove the stress test from mortgage renewals to give homeowners more options. 纠正按揭压力测试stress test，使得首次买房者不会被按揭压力测试stress test误伤而无法取得贷款来圆首次买房梦；续贷无须按揭压力测试stress test

2.       Increaseamortization periods on insured mortgages to 30 years for first-time homebuyers to lower monthly payments. 首次买房者还款期amortizationperiods延长到30年， 以帮助首次买房者降低每月供房支出。

3.       Launch an inquiry into money laundering in the real estate sector and work with our industry partners to root out corrupt practices that inflate housing prices. 审查房地产行业的洗钱行为，挤掉洗钱造成的房市泡沫。

4.       Makesurplus federal real estate available for development to increase the supply of housing.把联邦政府持有的土地投入市场，增加土地供应量，类似中国国内的供给侧改革。
