My car's central door locking system becomes malfunctional after an immediate oil change service.
I complainted to their service manager the next business day and they fixed one of the problem, but there is noise still can be heard. The manager made appointment for me for the next day to fix the noise.
I came by apointment the next day to the dealer. This time he asked me to pay a check-up fee and I refused. Of course he refused to fix the problem and let me leave.
I suspect they intentionally make up the problem during the oil change.

就修车技术而言,没太大差异, 差就差在人品上和职业道德上. 过来的移民哪个没有这种感觉?  

像沪光车行的老板,纯粹就是一无赖流氓, 还有大陆修车行, 见生面孔就宰. 所以别光怪客户往西人处跑, 先把自己的德性修好了, 自然华人会找华人修, 至少语言交流方便! 頂 你 的 觀 點 ﹗ 生 意 與 做 人 實 際 上 沒 有 區 別 ﹐ 就 是 誠 信 。

我来加拿大第二个月就跟车打交道了。
修车师傅面广，dealer试过，香港人、大陆人都试过。
修车师傅确实是看人品，大店也欺客，最坏就是canadian liar（CT）
dealer那不能常去，太贵，你判断非他们不可再去，主要是疑难症状。加机油建议去dealer，没有一家小店机油没问题的。
香港人狡猾，但能判断清楚故障，可能会换掉不用换的东西。
大陆人良莠不齐，垃圾最多，人品最坏的多。
但我喜欢给大陆人修，关键是要找到人品好的，有时候我就算知道他们练手我也给他们修，关键是讲清楚，我是理工科的，他一讲我就明白，骗我就byebye。有些小车行有的大陆人很不错的，一步步排除故障，当然以价格论你不能要求他们的专业有多精，经验有多丰富，但是看到他们努力适应，我就给他们修。我们家两部旧车，我经常给大陆的新老板练手，我唯一担心的是他们的技术熟了，人品也坏了。

好好的一辆车，做完维护保养，巡航没有了，蓄电池短路了，水温表变负方向了。白花了几百刀不说，还生一肚子气。

如果换两个胎，新胎（或摩擦系数大的雪胎）必须放到后面，是基于安全的考虑。

costco要是对自己的货品没信心，肯定就不卖了，costco卖啥胎？米其林。肯定不会拿自己的牌子当儿戏。
