请问留学生能不能用COMMIONSION的工作申请工作签证,一定是要全职的么?谢谢大家.

POST- GRADUATION WORK PERMIT 你是没有机会再申请了，除了你拿到一个新的DIPLOMA OR DEGREE.

但是，如果你找到了一份可以帮你申请HRDC 认证的EMPLOYER, 你可以申请一般的WORK PERMIT.

Post-Graduation Work Permits:
Some graduating students may apply to work in Canada for up to a year after graduation. The following conditions apply:

You must be engaged in full-time studies at a university, community college, CEGEP, publicly funded trade/technical school or at a private institution authorized by provincial statute to confer degrees;
You must have a job offer from an employer for a job that is related to your studies (however, the job offer does NOT require HRDC confirmation);
You must apply for a Work Permit within 90 days of graduation from your college or university;
You must have a valid Study Permit when you apply for the Work Permit.
