I know what your concern is that the elderly person can't speak English or don't know where to go when at HongKong airport. If she travels with Air Canada, you can get your relative to check her in as a person who needs wheelchair/language,then everything would be easier since the agents will help her to go to the boarding gate. She also can get help at Toronto from the Air canada agents. There is Mandarin Chinese speaking flight attendant on board to help her too.
If she travels with other airlaines, then you have to get more info about assistance/help they offer. |
