According to my five years living experience in Toronto, I feel Chinese sellers are not well trained, some are too greedy. this is the only word I can use to describe these a few people. Most of them are good. but a few bad is enough. these a few people can stay in your memory for longer because they are Chinese. You don't expect them to treat you the way other people won't treat you. I encountered some women in bank or came to sell insurance, their behavior was nasty.I think westeners have no bias on us, whether you speak cantonese or mandarin.

the most important thing is we must realize this is a multiculture city. This is good because we have more options. You'd better not to hold any bias on any one of the group of people. Treat them equaly and judge an individual as an individual not the nation he/she belongs.
