领悟一般指示 UNDERSTANDING COMMON INSTRUCTIONS

1. 一般性检查 GENERAL CHECK UP

  站在体重磅上               Stand on the scale.

  将探热针放在舌下           Put the thermometer under your tongue.

  深呼吸                     Breathe in and out deeply.

  张开嘴巴,说"啊"            Open your mouth and say"ah".

  向前/左/右/...看           Look foward/to the left/to the right/...

  屈膝/肘/...                Bend your knee/elbow...

  提起膝部/手/...            Lift your knee/hand/...

  仰卧床上,放松身体          Lie down on the table on your back and

  向左/右边侧卧              Lie on your left/right side.

  俯卧                       Lie on your tummy.


2.抽取血液样本  BLOOD SAMPLING

  (有些检查需要空腹样本)    (Some tests need a fasting sample.)

   卷起衣袖                  Roll up your sleeve.
   
   紧握拳                    Make a fist.

   按着胶贴/棉花5分钟        Press on the adhesive tape/cotton for 5 minuts.
                                            


3.取尿液样本  URINE SAMPLING

  把尿液的中段部份注入容器内.
   Collect mid-stream urine in the container.

  将样本放在柜子里/桌上.
   Place the specimen in the cupboard/on the table.



4.X光检查   X-RAY EXAMINATION

  除下上身全部衣服  Undress to your waist.

  取下项链等饰物    Take off your necklace and other ornaments.

  穿上长袍,在背后系上带子   Put on the gown and tie it at the back.

  抬高头               Lift your head.

  吸一口气,暂止呼吸,勿动.   Take a deep breath and hold it.Don't move.
