是的。

如果他们有力量把中国军队赶走，用自己的军队控制新疆，建立有效的政府，得到国际的承认，就是另一回事。但是这样做，第一没有军事实力上的可能，第二对他们自己的民族利益并没有好处，因为这样的内陆“国家”很难和外界联系，发展受到极大限制，不如作为中国的一部分。
依我看，当今世界，已经不同于二战以前，用武力改变边界受全世界的反对。所以，维族人也没有可能离开中国，并入土耳其或俄罗斯，所以他们的民族问题只可能在中国的框架内解决，和中国政治体制的改革一并解决。

如果普京这次能成功，倒是可以给疆独一线希望。。。。。。所以如果中国政府支持普京，搞乱了二战以来形成的世界秩序，到头来说不定搬起石头砸自己的脚。

如果美国中央政府同意，怎么办 ？美国人认为自己的利益就是国家法，美国实际是违反国际法最多的国家，还有脸说别人。

民选的政府理应按法律效力存在，可是说推翻就随便推翻，连个弹劾程序都不走一下，这个世界还有什么公理和正义可言？

像美国这样的国际政治流氓讲什么“国际法”，这已经不再是可笑的事。

只要符合美国和西方利益，没有军队，美国为首的西方可以鼓动带路党打头阵，拼凑雇佣军捣乱；就是搞不成大事，也可以造成足够动乱，伤及无辜百姓，然后再站出来装出济世安邦的伪善面目，把自己造的孽推到所在国的政府身上，通过宣传工具把该国的政府丑化成“独裁”、屠戮自己百姓的恶棍，而其实美国为首的西方手上沾满鲜血却栽赃他人。
请问前南斯拉夫是怎么解体的？利比亚、叙利亚和今天的乌克兰都是怎么回事？既然奥巴马讲克里米亚的前途不能绕开乌克兰政府，为什么美国和西方在这些国家的所作所为却反其道而行之？为什么乌克兰的前“民选政府”可以“绕开”，现在的所谓“代理内阁”却不能“绕开”？

Every thing that goes wrong in this world can somehow be blamed on the US, no proof needed. Something goes wrong in certain country, wow, that country never had this problem, must be the American did something that caused its trouble, bad American. If the US support people who want democracy in a country, it intervenes in foreign affair, bad American.  If the US does't support them, then it protects dictator in that country, bad American, and on and on.  
Eventually, the US will be shamed by you people into doing nothing outside its border. Then, let's see how our new cop in town - Mother Russia, or maybe China handles countries like Canada, and anybody who dares to criticize them. Must be 1000 times better than the Americans do.
