依我看，这些疯狂的杀手是弱者，他们如果是强者，应该去找欠账的那些人算账，但是他们不敢，他们打不过那些人，只能滥杀无辜泄愤。这就是这些懦夫的可悲之处。

美国媒体在报道中不愿使用“恐怖分子”一词，并不顾事实真相，混淆黑白。CNN在相关报道中将恐怖分子打上引号，并居心叵测地称此类持刀袭击并非第一次，2010和2012年也在校园发生过，但并无“政治联系”。美联社在相关报道中加上“官方所称的恐怖分子”这一前缀，《纽约时报》、《华盛顿邮报》等将恐怖分子称为“攻击者”。在讲述事件来龙去脉时，CNN、《纽约时报》、《华盛顿邮报》毫不掩饰地挑拨中国民族关系。更有甚者，美联社在选择性引用某受访者的话时，竟声称“应让维吾尔人独立”。
　　偏见早已成为美国某些人观察中国新疆问题的痼疾。令人记忆犹新的是，就在不久前，美国政府不顾中国反对，将关押在关塔那摩基地军事拘留中心的最后3名中国维吾尔族囚犯移交给了斯洛伐克。这些嫌犯是联合国安理会认定的恐怖组织“东突厥斯坦伊斯兰运动”成员，是地地道道的恐怖分子。而美国的逻辑是，只要这些人不祸害美国，他们就不是美国眼中的“恐怖分子”。长期以来，美国政府一直不愿称疆独分子制造的种种血腥暴力事件为“恐怖主义事件”，转而指责中国的所作所为。美国政府对疆独分子的这一纵容态度无疑助长了其嚣张气焰。在昆明火车站发生的惨剧背后，是美国，这个恐怖分子的帮凶。

BEIJING, March 2 --The international community has condemned Saturday's terroristattack at a train station in Kunming City of southwest China's Yunnan Province.

Russian President Vladimir Putin, in a message to his Chinese counterpart, Xi Jinping, saidRussia resolutely condemns such heinous criminal act and is willing to further anti-terrorcooperation with China.

He also expressed his deep sympathy to the families of the victims and wished the injuredan early recovery.

In a statement, U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon condemned in the strongest termsthe terrible attack.

"The secretary-general notes that there is no justification for the killing of innocentcivilians and hopes that those responsible will be brought to justice," said the statement.

The U.N. chief also "expresses condolences to the bereaved families and wishes thosewounded a speedy recovery," it added.

The French Foreign Ministry stressed that such an act cannot be defended by any excuse.

"France offers its condolences to the victims' families and expresses its solidarity with theChinese government and people," the ministry said in a statement.

The United States was shocked at and expressed condemnation of the brutal violence thatcaused heavy casualties, said the U.S. State Department and the U.S. Embassy in Beijing.
