Breakfast Television’s Kevin Frankish, Jenn Valentyne and Eva Fragiskatos demonstrated just how cold it was on Thursday by throwing hot water in the air. Water evaporates more quickly when there’s a significant difference between its temperature and that of the surrounding air.
