大温地区房市成交量萎缩 乌云罩顶?

以自住为目的的多伦多single detached house很难崩盘,再加上每年几十万的新移民和换房族,房价还有很大的上升空间。
condo是以投资房为主,single detached house 以自住为主, 当然,两种房型一起炒的肯定有, 但是condo 80%以上是投资房, 难到80%single detached house 也是投资房?你把多伦多的single detached house当成florida的度假屋了吧. 每个condo炒家, 每买进一套condo投资, 必买进一套single detached house投资? 不可能的。 有一两套condo作为投资房的不在少数, 但有一两套single detached house投资房的, 相对少的多。 10-15%的single detached house是投资房已经不错了。 你从condo崩盘,推出single detached house 也崩盘,缺乏逻辑推理。 况且, 多伦多condo市场是否真正崩盘, 还不好说。 以自住为目的的多伦多single detached house很难崩盘,再加上每年几十万的新移民和换房族,房价还有很大的上升空间。
