如果TTC工会的待遇与纽约地铁工会的待遇一样，如今的TTC会如此关心多伦多是建地铁还是轻轨吗？如果TTC工会的待遇与纽约地铁工会的待遇一样，每一年能为纳税人省多少钱，或者能提供多少更高、更好的服务呢？

要知道纽约州早就立法是约束纽约地铁工会。对纽约地铁的管理层的最高薪水有界限，对一般工作人员的最高薪水也有界限。纽约地铁工会要罢工将受到处罚。前几年纽约地铁工会罢工两天，被罚两百万。相比之下，安省自由党又是如何对待TTC工会的？

没钱可以先不建地铁，但绝对不能花钱去建轻轨堵塞交通。建轻轨还不如多建公路，开通双层BUS。

做为纳税人，行动起来，打电话给下面你所在区的MPP，让他们支持建地铁。也就是说，要建就建地铁。因为，他们会被选下台的，也就几年时间，地铁建成，要运作50年，100年，甚至更长。能让他们星期一上班，重视你的意见，做一个负责人的人。经济发展，衣食住行，与交通方便有关。交通方便，人气才旺盛。

Today the Toronto Taxpayers Coalition is launching Subway Sunday.  If you support subways in Toronto, we are asking you to phone your MPP and leave a voice message asking them to personally call you back to explain why they voted against your subways.  The goal is to have as many pro-subway messages as possible greet your MPP when they arrive at work on Monday morning.

Make sure to leave your name and phone number so that your MPP can call you back.  If the mayor of Toronto personally returns calls to his office, why shouldn't your MPP do the same?

This is an important part of our campaign.  We will not be successful without you making this one minute phone call on Sunday.
