遇到这样的房客怎能不郁闷：网友求助

The article said "the water bill reached $800.00 each month". It is incredible. Average, it costs about 40-60 monthly.

To waste water and power on purpose is too melicious! It is not only the landlord's money, it is the resource of our earth, where the place human being are living and relying.

Talking about the rent, $350.00 per month living in the back yard level room is a very low rate. That room is spacious. I know that because I have a back split multi level house as well. As long as I can survive, I won't rent out my house.

开始一看, 这个房客真是太可恶了,但看不出这个房客怎么把水电费弄这么高的。看到后面: 把房客赶走了，怎么就不退押金。这点上可以看出房东的贪婪。可以想象他平时的小气。
这样做的房东，是极少数的。所以你会招惹麻烦，失的更多，更心疼！

不知道你这种出租是否合法. 这里的房子都是single家庭的。另外，也不知道你的租金是否报税。没有这些支持，你这个官司不好打。

我家从来不租给女人.房租给的少,用水用电特别多,什么都要斤斤计较.洗一个澡要俩小时,一天洗三次.
