近期有大的装修，basement 新油漆，不一定是大麻屋。其实，真的种几天大麻，也不会对身体有如此大的影响。可能精神作用，暗地慢慢查清，留下证据，如果真是，可找原屋主追回。

2, Sell the house and say nothing, you have great chance be sued.

3,Practically, find some specialist fix the house,passed the goverment inspection and put the cost to vender.

in my memory, the inspector paid 2 million in damage, of course the house is worth much more than that...maybe my momory is not accurate

你的经历非常值得同情. 财产和身体上的损失都是非常大的.我才学习了地产的课程,也是由于自己在买房中遇到了这样那样的问题.根据我学的有限的知识,我建议:

1)　马上联系当时给你购房的经纪，把你的具体情况和他详细说一下，看他给你什么建议．
２）按照安省的法律，如果如泥所说，你之前的房主就是种大麻的，那对方的listing agnet, 一定要在listing房子的时候说明这是大麻屋，如果对方agent在知情下没有在listing中说明，那么你觉得可以通过法律保护自己的利益。怕就怕如果房子被转手几次，那样你就告无可告了。

建议不要买新房和装修一新的二手房， 最好买结构好但装修陈旧一点的，好处多多
1.可以拿这个说事压价
2.房屋本身的问题暴露彻底， 如漏水，沉降，裂痕等
3.前屋主居住多年， 一般不会干乱78遭的事， 如过度出租和种大麻
4.如果还贷压力大的话， 可选择继续住
5.可按自已的风格重新装修， 拆了不可惜， 重新装修也花不了几个钱
6.如前屋主有品位的话， 可以继承很多经典的装修， 或上等的用料。 匆忙装修出售的， 水货居多。
7.成熟社区， 环境美， 生活方便
