现在华人社区这种局面和移民局要修改难民法的诱因是一样的，弄虚作假，滥用移民难民制度和公众的同情心的人太多，破坏了风气和信誉。今后还会发生更多同样的问题。

It is really stupid to try the second donation here!

First of all, they did not spend all the money they got last time, for sure.

Second is, the wierd relationship of the lady with her husband and her father in law. They must nearly divorced before Zhang died.  Zhang's death give her a chance to get some money,  and by the way, save the time and energy to get the docs for divorce.  But the poor dead guy and his dad......

From 2006 to now,  already 3.5 years.  Let's say the woman make $1500/month after tax for her labour work.  So, she made more than $55000 already.  Plus that $70000. donation,
She got more than $125000 for the last 3.5 years.  I don't know what kind of life she and here doughter is enjoying?   They should have spent about $3000/ month to get those money gone.  What did they do?  They have a big house to support?  Or they are driving a BMW or Mercedes?   I think not.   That lady will just spent about $1000/month.  She should have 2/3 of $125000 left.  That is about $83333.  So, She should have about $80000 in saving.  Which bank? No idea!  Maybe in the safety box.  Ok, make it simple,  now that the lady want more donation, why not publize her monthly expenses?  To make the public believe that sher has no more money.

Her father in law rob her passport?  When did this happen? Very confused with this crazy excuse.

我气愤政府执法都没个标准。难民造假留下了，范先生怎么说也是移民，他造假也不过是自己家里事，他还有权保护自已隐私不说吧？他怎么就不能留下呢？

你的分析很正确。张至少有10万加币，但不知道她以什麽方式存这笔钱。她也确实没有给一分钱给钟的父母。我认为她也许已有男朋友，但暂时不想与他结婚，怕分她的财产。

政府执法有标准,只不过被少数弄虚作假的不法分子所利用,所以,一旦被政府发现弄虚作假的当事人,无论你是移民还是难民,下场只有一个----"谴返",只要是造假取得了不应该得到的身份,发现了结局都一样.
