honestly speaking, when economics Ph.D/french physics Ph.D wanted to become a Canadian "mice" as the property agents, you can really see how much they can earn and how easier the job is--no diffiecuty to get into the tough Canadian job market, no so-called Canadian experience to take. the courses for the real estate agent? as long as a new immigrant Chinese can read and write English, you can pass the mulitple choice questions within half year for sure. my agent is a new immigrant who always left me to speak to the buyer/agent in English. guess how much has he earned in the 1st year after the landing--top producer for about $300k or more. difficult? not! fair? no! if you can find a job in Canada, why can't you do it yourself? it is a big bad news to all of them. soon you will see more bankruptcy and force sale in the market as most of the agents are property investors as well if the economic is not recovered, if the Chinese immegrants are less and less, what are you going to see? wait for the better deals. i am going to buy one more--hahaha... |
