关于college转学uni的事宜~请求各位解答

各位好！我目前在多伦多seneca college读书（新移民身份）目前刚读了第一学期，国内读过2年全日制本科（非211），希望转学到university(U of T, waterloo, mcmaster etc.) 请问如何操作？需要通过中介或者递交什么文件？多谢解答！

go to university website to see what the requirements they need. in general, college's credit cannot be transfered to university. but you can use your credit in china to apply for university here. I do  not recommend you using agent. just do it by yourself, if you can not understand unversity's website well, it means that you are not ready for university. also, you can ask university if you have any question related to the enrollment.
