Yes! Although USA and Canada are neibough, they treat foreign working experiments quite differently. Canadian is very very very conservative, or local? But you will find so-called "Canadian experiment" is worth little if you are doing the professional job in Canada. I don't know why Canadians could not give up such a stupid "local experience" because the biggest project in Canada only serves no more than 30 million users (total population in Canada), not a great deal compared with big project in USA /Japan/China. Maybe it is one reason why the Canadian Economy is still a little baby in G7.
