3，如果可以，找律师咨询（但最好找不用先付费的那种）
4，告诉保险公司，你不能上班，需要治疗，千万不要提赔偿的事情，只说你不舒服，疼，需要理疗，治疗等等。
最后，都是保险公司挺不住了，会主动同你谈一次性赔偿了断。

记住，对外只谈治疗的事情，就是想治好病，不要提赔偿！否则如果一味要求赔偿会被认为有敲诈的嫌疑，失去别人（尤其是法官，最终可能要上庭）对你的同情。

要充分保护自己的权益，律师是一定要找的，

加拿大的汽车保险为什么这么贵，就是因为车祸的理赔费用高。

法律权利的保障一定要有个好律师，不能怕麻烦，你不怕麻烦，人家就怕你了，不知道是否有过类似的体会。

Especially don't ask for a number before the insurance company contact you.

1. Let em offer you first.

2. Keep every bill after the accident, whatever lawyer fee, personnel care, physical treatment, medicine bill, daycare, house clean, even taxi bill. Everything like these all related to your sickness and keep faxing the bill copy to your lawyer, at least once a week.

3. Please do not try to contact the accident driver by yourself, let the cop and insurance company to handle it. And what ever you have a deal with this guy, you will lose your right to claim your insurance forever!  [/FONT]

4. Please do not panic. The calm you keep, the better negotiation you can get from the insurance company. Everytime they offer you a price, discuss with your lawyer and make sure how much your lawyer will take away from it and how much is going to save in your pocket. There is no way to skip a lawyer in this case, they are the best sucker in the world, all you need to worry about is to make sure they stick on the insurance company.

5. If your company fire you when you sick(it is unbelievable), contact the Ontario Administration of Labour Board( I assume you are in Ontario). All you need to do is call them and fax an agenda of your issue to them, mark down the Ref Number and keep follow up. Usually your boss will scar because they don't want any government agent investigation, it might even shut down their business.

6. As long as you keep all your evidence clear and safe, all you lost will be paid back, that is the way to be.

俺认为被撞屁股，是可大可小，可以让老婆提出离婚要求，因为老公不能和以前那么亲热了，硬度问题，一定可以问保险公司赔偿100万 ;)
