(1)  I think that "[滚回国新移民]" is not a proper User ID. It is nothing to do with what he/she says. It should be closed.

(2)  I think that your words for reply set an example for some "版主"s:

   (i) I always think that the reputation of a "版主" is from his performance in public. I know that you may complain that many users' quality is at low levels. However,  the users in every Chinese website are similar. Why other website has many kind and suitable "版主"s with good reputations?

  (ii)  To tell the truth,  the ability of Mr. [网站管理员] in web design is No. 1 in Toronto even though there are so many people with PHD (estern or western) who can design website.  However, it is a pity the management of 51.ca in forum is a bottleneck which indeed needs a breakthrough if you do not want sell your website and treat it as your son or your career.  Please trust me, it is from the bottom of my heart. I do not want hurt anyone but I want our community to have an outstanding media.

  (iii) Thanks for your tolerence for allowing me to stay in 51.ca.
