actually I agree on this immigration regulation change:
I take myself as an example:
Master degree 25
Language: 16
( my IELTS point was 7.5 average in year 1999,
Reading: 9
Speaking: 8
Listening: 7
writing: 6
)
Work experience: 21
Age: 10
wife's education: 5
Total: = 77
What I am trying to point out is if you are a Master degree holder, and your English is very good, then you shouldn't have a problem. furthermore, you can start to learn French then you can get more points.
If your English background is not strong, then what is the point to allow you to come to Canada, because you will only end up as a cheap labour worker, which is a value lost for both Canadian government and yourself. |
