Idioms with full
跟“full”有關的成語

1.  to be full of beans (or baloney)  - to not tell the truth.    Don’t believe a word he says.  He’s full of beans (full of baloney).  
[胡說八道,信口開河]-他說的話一個字也別相信。他在胡說八道。

2.  to eat or drink your full. - to eat or drink all you want.   At festivals, we always eat our full.
[嘗盡美味]-每到節日,我們總是嘗盡各種美味。

3.  in full view – in a position to be completely seen.   The bank robbery took place in full view of all the customers.
[衆目睽睽之下]-這次銀行打劫就發生在所有顧客的衆目睽睽之下。

4.  to know full well – to know completely, very well.   She said she was late again because she had missed the bus, but I knew full well it was because she had slept in.
[完全瞭解,心知肚明]-她說她遲到是因爲錯過了公車,可是我心知肚明她一定是睡過頭了。

5.  to pay in full – to pay completely.   There is no discount available at that store.  You have to pay in full.  (The bill was stamped ‘paid in full’)

to be full of beans 这个成语,我记得是“精神饱满、精力旺盛”之意。是不是近年改变了意思?请指教。谢谢了。
