Job Description

RESPONSIBILIIES

· Maintains and entry all paperwork of invoice, receipt.

· Check up the price and quantities of inventory.

· Checks store file prices to shelf-tag by using LBOSS system.

· Communicate and coordinate with outside vendors.

· Setup and maintain retails on Direct vendor items including monthly price changes and promotions.

· Transmit weekly and monthly price changes.

· Utilize electronic transmission process to receive and sort tags.

· Print out price tag and promotion tag.

· Operates computer and receiving machines.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

· Proficient in computer skill and Excel skill

· Detail oriented

· Must be able to communications in both English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)

· Effectively and efficiently perform multitasks in a fast pace environment.

· Great team player.
