You should shut up, you don't really have humanity, you don't even have a little bit down to earth. you are trying  to politicize the accident, In your point, whatever happened in the world is China or CCP's wrongdoing. Shame on you!
That accident looks like a serious criminal traffic accident happened in Toronto. Nothing to do with China or CCP in terms of accident responsibility. Further more, on this case, they do not need to shun anything, right?
whether or not the victim is a Chinese citizen is to 100% up to the truth. if victim is a Chinese citizen, certainly China will do what they need to do.

是啊，从名字上来看，男性四个字的名字，又不像是熟悉的复姓，当时就奇怪中国的男性怎么取了这样一个名字。

很奇怪：名字很像汉语拼音。尤其是Jie 和Jun的发音，没学过汉语拼音的人都不知道怎么读。也难怪被误解为中国人了。

Wei Jie Zhu Li，Jun Jie Zhu Li ——这是兄弟俩，看名字Zhu Li应该是姓，估计是汉语的“朱李”，即用父亲的姓与母亲的姓合并组成的新复姓，现在国内不少家庭喜欢这样给孩子起名字。

中领馆只是说他们不是中国籍（但说他们在中国读过高中），可能是已入籍的中国移民二代。
