COMPLAINT TO RECO ( REAL ESTATE COUNCIL of ONTARIO ) IS USELESS BECAUSE THEY ARE PROTECTING THESE SCUMBAG AGENTS!
RECO DOES NOT WELCOME COMPLAINT AGAINST ESTATE AGENTS BECAUSE THEIR " RULE " WAS THAT EVEN THE AGENT WAS AT FAULT, RECO WON"T FORWARD THE AGENT'S PENALTY MONEY TO THE VICTIM ( PROPERTY OWNER ) AND RECO KEEP THE MONEY FOR THEIR OWN AS THEIR " ADMINISTRATION EXPENSES "! THIS 'RULE "WAS SET UP TO DETER COMPLAINT ; WHO WILL BE EAGER TO COMPLAINT WITH NO MONETARY REIMBURSEMENT ?
WORST YET, RECO ISSUE LICENSE TO PEOPLE WITH VERY LOW ACADEMIC & MORAL BACKGROUND AS REAL ESTATE AGENT BECAUSE THEY WILL PAY RECO THEIR LICENSE FEE ANNUALLY!
3 years ago I launched a compliant against agent Michelle Peng of false bidder report, it took RECO almost a year & half to " investigate ". Finally, they said the agent was at fault ! But all they did was " INSTRUCT THE AGENT TO TAKE SOME COURSE SET UP BY RECO "!!!
RECO SHOULD BE DISBANDED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE FOR THE BENEFIT ALL PROPERTY OWNERS! |
