Say 2 houses were sold in October averaging 500K, and 2 houses were sold last month averaging 750K. This is a 50% increase.
But what does that tell?
When you do not have enough sampling, stats meas nothing.That's what happened in King City!

Now the date is out. For the month of November, King City sold ONE condo.
And that's how they get the 43.5% increase.
Sounds laughable does it?
